Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Nirgrum Fulgur LLC (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, organization (if you provide it), the topic you choose and your message. The same applies if you email us directly.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard request information—such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps—to keep the site secure, diagnose problems and understand overall usage.
What we don’t do
- We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don’t sell or rent personal information.
- We don’t add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.
Cookies
This site only sets cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work—for example, a security cookie that protects the contact form against forged submissions. These contain no personal profile and are not used for tracking.
How we use information
We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We use technical data to operate, secure and improve the website.
Who processes it
The website runs on Microsoft Azure, and contact form messages are delivered to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. Microsoft processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy and security commitments. We don’t share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept in our business email for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our conversations. Technical logs are retained for a limited period—typically no more than 90 days—and then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing bfwissel@nirgrumfulgur.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the effective date above.
